DM SUSTAINABILITY BONUS FAQ
.Q Who can receive the DM Sustainability Bonus?
.A Beginning with DM promotions effective January 1, 2023, new or newly repromoted District Managers who haven’t earned this bonus in the last 12 months can qualify to earn the DM Sustainability Bonus.

.Q If I promote January 1, 2023 and earn in April (based on March activity) and then demote, does my next promotion date have to be after February 2024?
.A Yes, if this program is still active you can promote as of February 2024 to receive the DM Sustainability Bonus in April (paid in May 2024).

.Q If I am in Title Maintenance and/or repromote to District Manager, can I earn the DM Sustainability Bonus?
.A If you are a newly repromoted District Manager effective January 1, 2023, or after and haven’t earned this bonus in the last 12 months, you can qualify to earn the DM Sustainability Bonus.

.Q If I promote to a higher Paid-As Title during the 6 consecutive months after I promote to District Manager can I still earn the DM Sustainability Bonus?
.A Yes. If you promote to a higher Paid-As Title during your qualification period, as long as you continue to meet your 2500 Central District QV, you will qualify for the bonuses. For example, if a District Manager meets their 2500 Central District QV in months 1 and 2 and then promotes to AM in their 3rd month, if they continue to meet their 2500 Central District QV in months 3, 4, 5 and 6, they will earn the bonuses.

.Q Can I use my Performance Account to qualify?
.A No. To earn the DM Sustainability Bonus, you must reach at least 2500 Central District QV in sales in each consecutive month without the use of your PA.

.Q If I miss the first month after promoting or repromoting, can I still earn the DM Sustainability Bonus?
.A No. The DM Sustainability Bonus can only be earned in the consecutive months following your promotion when you reach 2500 QV in sales in your Central District.

.Q Why are we offering the DM Sustainability Bonus?
.A The DM Sustainability Bonus is being offered to show the importance of consistently maintaining the District Manager level by reaching 2500 QV in your Central District. Data shows that if you can remain consistent in your Central District, you could have a healthier business and continue to promote through the Experiential SuccessPlan.

.Q How does the timing work to earn the DM Sustainability Bonus?
.A When you promote to District Manager, the month immediately following your promotion will start the qualification period.
Example: If you promote February 1, you must consistently maintain 2500 QV in your Central District February, March, April to earn the $1000 DM Sustainability Bonus. If you continue to maintain 2500 QV in your Central District in May, June, and July, you will earn an additional $1500 DM Sustainability Bonus. If you promote to DM March 1, your qualification period is March through August. If you promote to DM April 1, your qualification period is April through September. Think of these as classes: February class ends in July, March class ends in August, April class ends in September, and so on.
